My three-star review is due to disappointment over recent steep price increases. IDUN had been my go-to research company as they have great customer service, quality products, and good testing. As another reviewer noted, my typical orders have jumped in price by $100+ . If there had been communication that these increases were due to better sourcing, better testing, etc., that would have been understandable.

PEPS are fine. Shipping has been annoying in first 2 orders. Paid for extra shipping came in 5 days. Didn’t pay and had 2-3 shipping turn into 6 days.
