Patrick, I am sorry the ridge enhancer did not work for your wife. Unfortunately this does happen sometimes, but most of the time it is successful in enhancing the ridge lines. For whatever reason your wife is in that small category of people that do not have defined rige lines and the enhancer may work, but not enough to give good results in her case. Regards, Harold Hitt
