Christine T.
recently we ordered 8oz bottles of the Ridge Builder. We received the wrong order and were sent 2 4oz bottle of an oily substance. I was told it is used or dry ink pads? I also ordered 2 LE ink pads and when i received the package and opened it the pads are covered in black ink. liquid black ink. Very disappointing.

The product is great! However, the image in the description was not what I received. The image in the product description showed ridge builder in a variety of dispensers. I got a decently sized spray bottle and thought there might be a cream or other spray with it. All in all I am satisfied with the product just thought there would be more with it.

I only order from you guys once but what I received was okay. I would like more of size suggestion photos, instead trying to guess what the product looks like, for example, a 360 degree view of the product
