Had a great experience with IDShop, they helped with the research and planning phase for an entire ID overhaul as well as going beyond the scope of our purchase to help us setup backend Databases and some other related software they were familiar with. Lots of vendors disappear after you cut the PO, the staff here have always been available for me to ask questions to.
