The stars indicate the services the Idshop offers. Customer service is the best. McCormick Schools has been dealing with the Idshop for years and we are still doing business with these wonderful people.

Ken helps us make changes to our badge program. He is always very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Kim always tries to figure out a solution even before we get a chance to speak with Ken. Both provide excellent customer service!

The website lacks any useful information on spare parts, but their sales staff is very helpful, and their online information request system is easy to use. Very quick response times

I buy Lamination parts from your division of that area. I find their knowledge, service, and friendliness sets them apart from Any of their peers. Please give them my compliments and tell them to keep up the good work. Thanks

I had a wonderful experience with IDShop.com. The people were very friendly. My co-work contact them and got a quote for the items that were needed and when we saw the money amount they were very helpful with adjusting the amount without adjusting the cost per item. I will defiantly recommend them to others in the company around the states for future purchases.
