Great service, quick turnaround time
Great service, product exactly as expected and arrived quickly. I have been using IDShop for all of my badge needs since 2015, and they have always provided excellent customer service and communication throughout the ordering and shipping process. Their products are top-quality, and we have been happy with the badges that they've provided for all three of my yearly events. Will happily continue to use IDShop!

Great online service
Great online service, and fantastic customer service. Would have loved a little more information online about the artwork needs ahead of submitting - the proper sizing, inclusion of bleed, and needing a back and front design for credentials

It is so easy to order from idshop from…
It is so easy to order from idshop from step one (phone call/email) inquiry. I received my order within 2 weeks of placing it. I placed my order thinking I would need to wait a month or more for my order and was relieved that I didn't need to experience that headache of having to follow-up on my order constantly. Highly recommend!!

Called in because the camera was not…
Called in because the camera was not cooperating, Representative was very courteous and helpful, took her time to guide me through the process. The camera was defective and immediately, I was transferred to customer service who placed an order for a camera replacement. I highly recommend the services of idshop!
