Had to return a ribbon and after I we returned it I was told there was a restocking fee. I never would have returned it had they told me that up front.
Response from idshop.comDec 12, 2019
Hi Paul, Thanks for taking the time to write your review. We appreciate your business in the past, and would like to serve you again in the future. In our terms and conditions, we do state that any items that are returned will incur a restocking fee. We credited the amount of your order, minus the small re-stock fee. We understand that you are frustrated, to the point of a 1-star review, so we'd like to extend a special offer to you. Your account on our website idshop.com has been pre-loaded with a credit in the amount of the re-stocking fee you experienced. We hope you'll take advantage of this, as it is a 1-to-1 credit in the amount you paid. All you need to do is place an order and the amount in question will automatically be credited to your total. Kind regards, idshop.com 844-443-7467
