ID Seal is the best!

I am new to the reward program. I think it’s outstanding and I think it’s going to be extremely educational to play a game for free and get rewarded is an award within itself. IDseal is doing great securing my personal credit safety.

This appears to be a nice simple program. I look forward to using it.

Watch out for this company. Their service was pretty much worthless to me and if you’re not paying attention, they will hit your card like they did mine for $289 then when you called to cancel they will not give you your money back. Complete crooks.

My husband & I have had ID Seal for three+ years. During that time, I have frequently received updates in my email alerting me of breaches that could involve my information, and assuring me that mine remains secure. I have confidence because I know they are closely monitoring my information. Additionally, our adult daughter, son, and 2 adult grandchildren have their own plan with the same sense of top security. I recommend this protection over any other coverage on the market. No comparison to what services ID Seal includes.

I called with ID Seal about a week ago with setting up the new software on my PC. The lady on the phone was extremely nice and so sweet! It turned out the computer ended up having issues on my end (the laptops a little older) and the lady was very patient and helpful the entire time. We got it fixed no problem, and it’s been working great! She made sure to also go into detail about the software, and answered any questions I had and more. They even called me to confirm a couple days after to make sure everything was going smoothly as usual. Recommend to anyone needing computer protection, 10/10!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I notified them they weren’t to charge my card in the new year. Never received a renewal. They charged it 3 times. I called them, they said they automatically renew. I explained I had told them not to.Asked for a supervisor. They said he would call me back( rule of security is customer calls , not them, what kind of security is this!) I called back, phone never gets picked up on their end. I opened a chat. As soon as I explained that I hadn’t authorized, savanna left the chat. Dumped me. I called my credit card company. Run people run.Totally unprofessional.As you can see from their reply, they disregard what the customer has to say. Once again, they do not have authorization to charge my card, for me or any other person. Another breach of security, they are calling us out by first names when clearly for security reasons we use only initials. Clearly this is a fly by night business.

All the features I need under one plan. Instead of buying multiple software like I did before, I found IDSeal as a solution that saves me time and money. Glad I switched, and it's easy to use. I really feel safe with the constant monitoring and alerts that I get. Especially like the transaction monitoring so I don't have to manage multiple banking apps. Highly recommend.
