The rep was having difficulty understanding my issue. Once he did, the suggested problem and its solution he offered did NOT resolve the Pro Tec matter, which has persisted since nearly immediately after first enrolling with the service.

first installed idseal and it worked fine, after a virus check it stopped, tried reinstall and i can not get it load and work on my imac. keep getting Verification Failed Reason: An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made. ok what server, and how do i get it to connect?

I can't give minus stars or I would. These morons updated their website and migrated all the customer accounts over to the new website, but never told anyone, and didn't migrate any data with it, other than the email and password, which was no longer any good at the new website. So now, instead of just migrating customer info over with the transition to the new website, oh no, what would be the fun in that? Let's not tell anyone that none of their info is on the new website, and that we're no longer monitoring any of their accounts until they go back and go through the whole process again of entering all the bank account numbers, credit card numbers, and everything else. But wait, we will still keep billing them, even though we are effectively no longer providing any protection until they happen to log on to the website and discover it for themselves. Isnt' that slick? We can get paid for not doing what we told them we would be doing for them and have billed and collected for. Where can I sign up for that?
