Great service, prompt delivery, dress exactly as expected.However, I had to pay an additional £20 import tax on delivery which was not specified on the website. Would of been 5 stars!

I ordered a dress for my daughter's prom. The dress was delivered on time very pretty dress. The only small concern was the packaging . It's a large dress and it came in this small package; folded nice but with no room the dress was delivered wrinkled. Very small issue maybe a larger packaging for gowns should be looked into. Otherwise I'm happy with my purchase.

Could have been better if I had not had to ask for my or claim for my delivery arrives on the date I paid for, but other than that, this is good service ..

Overall I was pleased with the dress design but what I didn't like was that there were two dirty spots on the dress and also that the dress was a little wrinkled due to it being delivered in a plastic bag.

The only thing I did not like was that the color of my dress in the photo on the site and in real were like night and day. I was kind of disappointed :-( when I opened the package to find out my dress was lighter in color. A beautiful dress none the less but the color thing threw me off. The only thing that prevented me from returning it was the time frame I was working with. Lesson learned!!! It would help if customers are made to know that the garment purchased may be lighter in color than what is portrayed in the photos.

I ordered a size 6 and it fit great! There was a built in bra which was nice. The dress was longer than I though but it's all good because I'm adding sleeves with that material anyways. I asked for a burgundy colored dress and it came back in almost a ruby red color but I actually like it better. Can't wait to wear it to the event thanks!

I really love the movement that my dress has. It's beautiful and fits perfectly, though the zipper is a little tricky- it needs to be perfectly lined up or it catches- but I love it anyway. The best part is that it showed up six days sooner than predicted!

I purchased 2 dresses for my daughters prom. We were running short on time so I paid the extra to have it expedited. I also live chatted with Dream prom a couple days before I was to receive the dresses. They told me they had been shipped. I received the dresses the day before it was supposed to arrive. The dresses were for the most part what was pictured, hard to see details in a picture, but the color and sizes were exact. I would definitely order more dresses.
