IdreampromReviews of idreamprom.com

I ordered my dress online not quite sure what to expect. I was happy with this website's service and would recommend them to anyone looking for an online retailer for prom dresses. I was able to get an amazing dress at half-price and it arrived a couple days after it was done. I have no comments on the customer service as I did not have to contact anyone about my order. They provided accurate shipping info so I had no doubts to the status of my order, and I'm not only SUPER happy (and lucky!) the purchase worked out, but I got the perfect prom dress as well...thank you iDreamProm.com! -Ani

Perfect dress and customer service!

This dress is absolutely beautiful. The color and fabrics were just as pictured and described. Quality was better than expected for the price. The only complaint was that it was crammed in a bag and shipped. However, for the amount of money we saved, we can certainly have it steamed.

I found the most beautiful, extravagant dress that I fell in love with on idreamprom.com in December and ordered it. I then realized the prom was not formal but semi-formal, and I had to change the order from floor length to shorter. I expected a great deal of problems, but the Customer Service chat person took care of it for me and rid me of all the stress I'd been feeling, and just for a $20 alteration fee! I was amazed. The one problem I have is the chest is too big, but that's on me and not idreamprom!

i am so happy in your loyalty and perfect performance . and thank you very much you fulfill my desire i received my dream dresses on time. Bless you Misrak
