Dress arrived 2 weeks earlier, so I was happy with this service. At the first moment I thought they sent me a different dress, because It doesn't look like on the picture, but I stil like it. It fits perfectly and it is a very good quality. You can't find any difference between expensive dresses from shop and this one. I was little dissaponted with jacket as I requested 3/4 sleeves and they sent me afull lengh and it is little big, so I will have to find another one somewhere. Except of this little problem I am happy and I would recomend this company to everyone. Thank you all people who made this dress.

I was stressed about it getting here on time it is not however true to size I wear a 14 and 1 ordered an 18 at the suggestion of my seamstress to make sure it would be alterationable and I'm glad I did!!! This dress fits perfect. Too long but fits.

The dress is beautiful and arrived on time, but the quality of the fabric is not what I expected to be but for that price is worth it. Thank you

We were VERY nervous about ordering a wedding gown from overseas. Then we got a notice that the lace for the dress was out of stock. A series of rather frustrating e-mails/trying to send pictures of alternate laces and them not coming through followed...we were almost at the point of canceling our order. We were also on a time crunch, so we were extremely afraid that we were going to get burned in this deal. BUT...the Dream Prom people were good to work with (very polite and patient), and once we finally settled on our lace and got all our questions answered, they made the gown quickly and shipped it to us very fast. It is a gorgeous product, well made, and exactly what we wanted! We are very happy with this purchase overall and would order from Dream Prom again! Thank you

The quality of the dress is great! I did custom size my order but the Bust is HUGE and will have to be altered to even stay up. The straps on the dress were way to long but again they can be altered. It seems to be missing several snaps/buttons in the back (these can be added easily) Overall for the price of the dress I guess I couldn't expect it to be perfect but in the end I ended up spending more to alter the dress than I did on actually buying it - which is a little disappointing. The quality of the material and the stitching was wonderful! I was extremely pleased with that! It arrived 2 weeks before time which was GREAT as well and the customer service was phenomenal :)

Really liked the quality of the dress. Wish it took less time to ship to us. Website says they add just a little to hem for high heels, but my daughter was wearing very high heels and the dress dragged on the ground. We did not have time to get it altered before the prom.
