DO NOT BUY FORM IDREAMPROM! WE order my daughters "Dream" dress with plenty of time to arrive before her prom, we even paid all the extra shipping cost! We rush order too, BUT it has not come in yet and it will NOT be here till AFTER the PROM!!! AND THEY DON'T EVEN CARE!! Once they take your money, you can't get any answers! I"M SO MAD!! But what's worst is how my daughter has to but a dress on a fly!!!

Hello! About two months ago I found a really nice dress on Idreamprom . I ordered it and a few weeks later I got it home. Of course , I tried your direct and realized that it was hard to snap it myself so I waited until my mom got home so she could help me. When my mom are back home and we tested the dress , we were both incredibly shocked ! The dress was custom-made was several sizes too big! The dress was so large that it is possible to even use . I took pictures of me in the dress and sent them to Idreamprom . They wrote back that the dress was too big and that this was very strange. After following Idreamproms advice about going to a seamstress , I wrote back again. The seamstress like me huh at did not even touch my dress . She said that it was so incredibly felsydd and sloppy made ​​that if she would fix the dress , it would cost 10 times as much as the dress cost ! I wrote back to Idreamprom and here they started accusing me and the tailor to have measured my body wrong and for the seamstress could not their job needs. They suggested that I give away the dress or try to sell it to someone else. Firstly , who gives away a prom dress for 2000 crowns , and second , how can I sell a dress that will be sewn measure but is not? My dad went crazy and took over the mail process with the website and since then he has become even more offended. We still have not sent the dress back then they did not want to agree to give us back our money. So I have to buy a custom-made dress that is several sizes too big - so big that it is not even possible to fix . DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE ! !

Got my daughters prom dress finally 2 days before her prom the dress looks horrible its a blue dress and they used white thread...Who uses white thread on a blue dress? You can see it its on the ruffles on the outside of the dress it looks really bad, and where its sewed together is coming apart, and the broach that is supposed to be pinned on it doesn't even fit . have bought dresses on sale at stores and they have never looked this cheap this one looks BAD

It has been a week since we received my daughters dress and it has been a nightmare trying to get them to fix it, replace or give me my money back. We ordered the dress made to order and the bust was cut four inches too small. All the other measurements was on the money. Their return policy is a joke because they do not stand behind it! The lastest they have offered us is buying another dress not the one she wanted for $60.00. Never mind the $168.00 we already gave them. Do not order from them, you will be taking a risk.

Whatever you do, do NOT trust this company!! When I was searching for a wedding dress, I found an amazing dress on this site that I absolutely loved & couldn't find anything remotely like it in the bridal shops around here. The price was about $250. I thought it was a good deal. When the dress arrived, it did not resemble the picture online. The beading on the front was COMPLETELY different & the rouching cut off straight across the dress instead of tapering down the sides (like the picture), and the chiffon layer had NUMEROUS snags in it!! To top it all off, the dress was dirty!! It looked as if it was walked on by bare feet or something. It had grey stains on the underlay of the dress that could be seen through the chiffon overlay. When I showed a friend of mine, she asked if it had been worn before. So I contacted the company with photos of the dress stains & incorrect beading, & snags (didn't even try to explain the rouching) and I was told since the dresses were hand made there may be a 5% variance in the dress (I had WAY more than 5% variance) & that they did not see the stains clearly & I should just wash the dress!!!! Are you kidding me?? So after paying you for a new dress, you are telling me I have to wash it (which btw, would void any possiblity of returning it). They repeatedly begged me to keep the dress then finally said they could offer some compensation. When asked what that would be, they told me $20. WTF! How insulting! I told them I would be more than happy to return the dress at my cost for a refund & they could very clearly see the problems, but they refused to help or refund anything. They just continually asked me to keep the dress & wash it! I'm so glad I did not spend more $$ on a dress from that site! I have since had to buy another dress for my upcoming wedding & spend almost triple what I had planned on to rush it & make sure it was here on time....meanwhile, no help from this company. Do yourself a favor & do NOT waste your time with them! They are only here to steal your money and have absolutely no business ethics!

We ordered wedding dress. When it arrived -it did not look like the picture. My daughter was terribly dis-satisfied on how it looked on her. Sent several e-mails to customer service about returning dress. They could not see any difference in the pictures we sent and the web site picture,nor would not acknowledge the unfinished side seam. This company is false advertising- showing pictures of very pretty dresses and then having seamstress try and dupicate them in China. So far they are not accepting return or refund.

We ordered from iDreamProm this year. My daughter is a senior and took weeks to pick out the exact dress she wanted for her Senior Prom. I ordered a size 4 (33 1/2 bust) in mint green color. What I received was a size 2 in a aqua blue. Per their return policy I contacted them immediately for an exchange. They have refused everything I have asked. They refuse to acknowledge any wrong doings. They even went as far as to ask me if I had put the dress under black lights to alter to the photo they requested. Then they offered me a new dress and asked when we wanted it by and what color. When I responded to them, they asked me for more money. Their customer service is terrible. I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from them.

well I ordered a dress for my WEDDING, I was amazed by the styles they have comparing to the prices but it turned out that is a total $#*! ( sorry for the word ), I received the dress before the time they gave me 2 weeks but I was shocked with the dress, it looks like nothing with the one I ordered, it fits horrible, the finishing of it was worse it had different details with missing details, looks so cheap also and more worse was the packing!!! big dress with petticoat and fur shawl came in a very small plastic !!!!!! and also the dress had a black spot on it!!!!!!!
