I ordered the dress for my prom. The dress didn't arrive by the promised date that I paid extra for. We had to search everywhere for a dress at the last minute which ruined my prom! Then the dress arrived too late and I refused the shipment. The company has not refunded my money for the dress! They had the nerve to write that I could use the dress for something else! This is the worst company I've ever heard of. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM, THEY'RE CROOKS! Jennifer

My daughter placed an order for a prom dress and paid extra shipping to have it arrive before her prom. As of the day before the prom the dress had not arrived. We had already tried to contact the company via email, live chat and phone...we could not get a straight answer...in fact, no one responded until I tried live chat (on their site) about 8 times. Then they were very ambiguous about letting me know if the dress had even been sent out...then they asked for three more days. At no time did anyone take responsibility or apologize for their wrong doing. They kept referring me to an email address to resolve the issue....which we did use but got no response from there either! THERE IS VIRTUALLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...NO LIVE PERSON TO SPEAK WITH....VERY UNRELIABLE. DON'T DO IT!!!!!

We had a tailor measure my daughter and sent in her measurments. The dress didn't even come close to zippin up the back. There was also a huge snag in the front. I don't recommend this company for prom dresses.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE , BEFORE I BOUGHT THE DRESS I MADE SURE OF THE DELIVERY DATE WITH THE AGENT AND I GOT PROMISED BY MULTIPLE REPRESENTATIVES I WOULD RECIEVE IT IN TIME AND I ALSO PAID EXTRA FOR RUSH SERVICE , WHILE I WAS CHECKING UP ON IT IT STILL DIDN'T LEAVE THE WAREHOUSE, I WAS GARANTEED NOT TO WORRY AND I WOULD HAVE IT IN TIME , WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE , IT STILL DIDN'T SHIP I SPOKE THE THEM AGAIN THEY SAID SORRY WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING THIS IS A BUSY SEASON AND CAN GARANTEE U RECIEVE URE DRESS I WAS FORCED TO BUY ANOTHER ONE LOCALLY AND SURE ENOUGH THE DRESS ARRIVED A WEEK AND HALF LATER . !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I talked with a live chat before ordering my daughter's dress for prom. They told me if we were unhappy and it wasn't a custom fit dress it wouldn't be a problem with returning it. Well we got the dress opened the package and was so disappointed!! Very poorly made looks like a Halloween costume dress!! Now they will not let me return the dress and told me to resell it or give it as a gift! I emailed them as soon as we got the dress, 5 minutes after opening package. Have been going back and forth in emails daily for a week now. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I purchased this dress in a timely manner and paid the extra $10 to have it fit my daughter to size. My daughter is between a 5/6. She is about 5 foot tall. We received the dress on time however the size was way to large and long. I immediately email the customer service and they contacted me within 24 hours and told me to send pictures. The dress was almost 8 foot long and 3 sizes to big. I sent several pictures and told them I was taking it to have it altered. Their site states they will pay for anything more than an inch as long as the semestress verifies. After a full day they responded wanting the pictures to include the seamstress holding the measuring tape only after I told them I was already getting it altered and I had sent previous pictures. We exchanged several email within the next 3 days to which I was told there was no way their "professional tailors made a mistake" exact quote. It was my mistake as I sent in the wrong size, exact quote. I sent in 63 inches for height and they sent me a dress over 7 foot long!! The seamstress verified the length and the size to be a size 10. They did not want this as they still demanded pictures?? They insisted on pictures with the seamstress after the dress had been altered. They offered me 10$ and then finally $20 for their mistake which the alterations were $150. I did not choose to take their money as I will write this review in hopes no one uses them. Buyer beware of this site. My daughers friend ordered a dress in plenty of time and it got lost in the mail. They will not reimburse her either and she is not going to the prom. What a rip off. I will never buy anything from over seas again. I will continue to post everywhere possible to keep these people from ripping off people. Lesson learned.

Don't buy from this Chinese company, support american enterprises. This company does not honor their return and refund policies. They sent us a defective and awful dress and we are stuck with it. Even though they admitted in writing that the dress was totally different from the one we ordered, they still won't give my money back. Israel Ortega.

The fabric and the construction of the dress is is of poor quality and worksmanship. I want refund!
