I was a little concerned when I bought this dress. First of all, I saw some really negative reviews and secondly, I was cutting it pretty close with the shipping date. However, with about a week and a half until prom, I sent them an email explaining my situation and asking when the package would ship, and they replied saying that my order had been given top priority. The dress shipped the next day and was on my door step two days later. The dress itself was amazing! It was so beautiful and it fit perfectly with no alterations (I chose to give them my measurements rather than pick a size). They definitely left more than two inches at the bottom, but with my obnoxious choice of shoe height it worked out. Long story short, I had a great experience with this company

I was very nervous about ordering a wedding dress online. I was also very nervous that I might not get my dress in time for my wedding. Customer service was very reassuring that the production process of my dress was going smoothly. They also responded quickly when i contacted customer service with my questions & concerns. I am so happy I chose this company for my beautiful wedding dress. It fits perfectly and it's gorgeous.

I was a bit nervous after reading some negative reviews about this website. Their customer service was AMAZING tho..... I received the dress as the date it was promised. I did not like the packaging. I thought it is coming in the box or something, but it came in a very cheap packaging. When I opened the package I saw the dress, wow....it looked very pretty. The only down side about the dress is that it has too much wrinkles on it which I have to give it to esteem cleaner to get rid of them. Rather than that, everything looked great.

The dress is perfect! Was so scared it would not fit because I took my own measurements but its perfect! Thanks so much and ill for sure be shopping here again :)

I sent in my measurements, the delivery was very quick,my dress was delivered 2 weeks before said delivery date, my jewelry matches my dress perfectly! I am a very shapely girl and I was very skeptical that my dress wouldn't look attractive when I put it on. IT FIT PERFECT AND MADE ME LOOK AMAZING! I am so happy! There were a few alterations that I had to have made like an extra button for the back side of the dress where it is laced up and there was an applique that was sewn on the wrong way. All easy fixes, the attention to detail is amazing with this dress! Also the dress came with optional straps that you snap into place, i love this feature so on the big day I can decide whether or not I want to go strapless or have straps. THANK YOU!!!!

I was a little freaked out when I read alot of negative reviews after I purchased my dress on the web...but I'm so impressed with the workmanship of my wedding gown! It's even better then I thought. my measurements are perfect. The look of the dress is exactly what I was looking for and could not find anywhere else. I would recommend this site to anyone I know who's getting married!! Ignore all the negative reviews out there!! They were great to deal with when I needed to add a petticoat to the order a week later and they both arrived together!
