nice and well-made dress
I had my doubts, but definitely the dress that I ordered is so lovely. The only thing that kept me from rating it a 5-star review is that the exact color that I wanted was not available. but other than that, the dress was very well made, from inside out. If you want I can take a picture of it :) the DreamProm team contacted me by email during the making process to offer other colors to choose from, everything was so fast, and I also received notifications on my order status. The normal free shipping time for my dress was less than 2 weeks so I was very happy. I only had to pay about 20 USD for custom taxes from my country at its arrival (I did not know this tax from my country)...

Happy with purchase
The dress is beautiful, and it fits great. My only issue was that my order status never changed from processing to shipped. So, when it didn't arrive the day it was supposed to I was worried. It did arrive the next day though.

Beautiful gown. So so service.
I really appreciate dreamprom. The dress was beautiful and arrived on time. The reason that I only gave them four stars is because I did have an encounter with two customer service people who were very very rude. Overall, the rest of the customer service people were very polite and helpful. I even told dreamprom that they would become the preferred dress ordering service if they work on some of the customer service people attitudes. Overall, it was a great experience - a little scary at first, but was great. I will order from dreamprom again.

Scare me for a second about when I was getting the dress then I got it and everything's perfect
Some beading we're coming undone but that's not nothing we can't fix. The size is perfect and I love the dress. Shipping took a little long and I was getting worried about when is was going to arrive. But everything seemed to work out just fine.
