My idplr account is blocked how can it be open again please I need help

My idplr.com account was blocked for violation I don't know. Please how can it be unblocked? Am worried. Thank you.

Total scam! They work for 3 months, take your money, and then you cannot download anything anymore. I ignored the reviews because I got some great stuff at first but now wish I had listened. There is no phone number and support tickets don't get read at all. They have done such a good job with the site that its hard to believe it is a scam until they take your money and block your access. They are now setting up a similar site under another name, I expect because people are now making others aware its a scam. They will probably just keep domain hopping to keep the scam going.

I would give minus a star if I could. The website is now IDplr.net and I can no longer access my Gold lifetime account and like others on here, no reply to emails. Avoid at all costs.

I've had a lifetime account for a few years with no problems. Sure, it's not high grade stuff but you're not paying high grade prices either. Nov 2022 it all went bad. Suddenly blocked out of my account for no reason. No replies from support and Clickbank no help either. The login page is still there and when I created a new account (free) with another email address, there's no problem. I can access and download the free stuff and support pages. I just want my paid account back.

Worst customer service ever. They don’t answer at all
