IDOL Academy has provided such an engaging and encouraging experience by allowing me to build my skills at my own pace and providing experienced mentors and coaches who are currently in the field of instructional design. I now have the confidence and experience, myself, to transition into the field of Instructional Design, and I would recommend IDOL Academy to anyone, especially transitioning teachers, who wants to learn and remain current on ID skills, theories, and tools.

IDOL Courses Academy provided me with a wonderful network of supportive mentors, coaches, and peers that helped me to cultivate valuable skills and ID knowledge. The hands-on practice, feedback, and iterative process is incredibly helpful.

So many things! The community and support from the mentors and coaches is priceless. This truly is social learning at its best and the more rewarding virtual learning experience I have ever had.

This is the best program for any educator considering a career change. While the entire program- each course, and the 8-week #DOITMESSY jumpstart- are absolutely empowering and elevating to my skills and knowledge, it's the incredible community of mentors and members that make this "never behind in the academy" experience, so rewarding! Thanks to Dr. Robin Sargent for having the insight to launch such an unparalleled academy!

IDOL courses have broken down the elements of how to become an Instructional Designer into manageable and interesting units, encouraging growth and feedback throughout. The ideas are backed up by knowledgeable and friendly coaches and community are a real help and a positive force.

The lessons and group coaching sessions have given me a wealth of knowledge to apply to instructional design work. Love the action-oriented approach!

Supportive and engaging experience learning about the field of ID with all of its theories, principles, tools, etc. Not to mention a wonderful group of people who support each other throughout the entire journey!

Nothing but great things to say about IDOL courses. The community that has been built is amazing! Everyone is so willing to help, provide feedback, and uplift members regularly.
