Lamor was very thorough and accommodating. Even though I did not accept the additional offerings, he did a phenomenal job explaining the benefits. He was professional, very attentive and made sure all my questions were answered.

With in 10 min of my call I had all my issues resolved. I was an upset, confused customer. Both employees took the time to talk to me politely and efficiently. One thing this company does have is wonderful people that work for them! Mya and Krystal definitely went above and beyond for me. Thank you both!

Hello Vic! I got a job. I'm back in the caregiving field. It's working out great for me! I wanted to finally send you a gigantic thank you for all your help with my scam. In our first conversation I was nothing short of hysterical. You're first words to me were "its going to be ok". That's the first time I really did feel that things would be "ok", since the whole mess started. You went so far above and beyond to help me stay calm. That was no easy task. I was terrified and humiliated. You were diligent, kind, empathetic, caring, honest...I could go on and on. You had me submit reports to every possible government agency. You made every effort to try and help me find financial resources for seniors. You are a fine young man Vic. You made a horrific situation organized and tolerable. I truly do think about you and your family, always sending positive and happy thoughts your way. I don't have words to properly thank you. Stay safe. May God bless you and keep you always. Most sincerely, Teresa Zamora.
