Regarding your account, we processed your cancellation request on June 1, 2026, and issued your refunds. We attempted to contact you on June 3 and June 9, 2026, but were unable to reach you. Our records show that you signed up for IdentityIQ through a third-party offering personal loans on April 28, 2026, and received a confirmation email on that date. To sign up for our credit monitoring and identity theft services, members must provide personally identifiable information and answer security questions provided by the major credit bureaus. You completed authentication through your phone number using one-time PIN authentication to confirm your membership. We received your email asking to cancel your services on May 7, 2026. Our team responded to your email on May 8, 2026, letting you know a member of our team would reach out to assist in cancelling. Our agents performed an outbound call to the phone number on file with no response and left a voicemail. On May 8, 2026, we received your email response stating you would not be calling in to cancel. Our team followed up with you via email on May 11, 2026, letting you know a team member would be reaching out via phone to assist with your request again. When our agents performed that outbound call, again, there was no response, and a voicemail was left. Our team made an additional call on May 13, 2026, received no response, and left a voicemail. Hello Stephanie, We do not have any record of a call or request to cancel this service. Trials must be canceled within the agreed-upon time. Our records show that your account was automatically canceled on July 27, 2025, due to non-payment, and no charges were made after that date. Additionally, we attempted to reach you via phone and text on January 9, 2026, and January 12, 2026, but did not receive a response.
