IdentityIQReviews of identityiq.com

Omg IdentityIQ is amazing I've been with them for years to the point I am grandfathered into their system in addition, while working on my credit the rep who worked with me was John He was super amazing in helping me dispute idems off my credit and help my husband become a member with you as well and we also ended up added extra protection onto accounts with IdentityIQ 24-hour automated identity monitoring service and his customer service skills and how me handled the call was top notch thank you again for the Gems you gave me on credit and becoming a first time home buyer xoxo

Jacqueline, She was very patient and welcoming. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about the product and explained the services included in my plan. If it weren't for her experience and knowledge I'm continuing my service and have canceled my service with Norton!

i was going to cancel the service but since chris s was so helpful and knowledgeable I kept the sevice

Kanya did an amazing job. She kept me on the 29.00 plan too.

Great company! Helped me with exactly what I needed. Had some questions regarding my credit report I was able to get all of them answered. Chris W. was a big help!

Awesome awesome awesomeness. I am so happy that Christian took the time to show me things about my benefits with IdentityIQ. I have never dealt with anyone who has patience, professionalism and great knowledge in resolving my issues in such a timely manner. I definitely will be referring my family and friends to this company. They are not about selling a product and leaving you blind. They are all about making sure you are very familiar with what you purchased and walks you through it.

Young lady was patient and through. She understood the situation and clarify why I was having technical difficulties. She deserves 10 stars and a promotion to supervisor or dept mgr.

Professional, respectful, knowledgeable and patient. As well as thorough.
