I was about to purchase a wig, but these reviews are to bad..moving on

My very first time ordering from idefine. (Their name should be called, “I be lying”.) I ordered a wig and l was so excited seeing the color and style. The picture depicted a honey brown wig with golden tones in it. Almost like a medium honey blonde. Whew it looked scrumptious. Well let me tell you when the wig arrived it looked goldilocks- bright yellow!! I was so mad. No brown tones at all. I didn’t even try the dang thing on. I immediately emailed them less than 30 minutes after looking at that BRIGHT yellow mop! They failed to respond. After 4 days with no reply l emailed them again. Still no reply. Then l called the long distance number and was told to email them through the site, so l did. They had the nerve to email me back, talking about we can give you 40% off my next purchase or a $30 refund. I dont need 40% off my next purchase because there WONT be a next purchase.And you aint going to give me $30 when l paid you $200. Talking about, if l return the wig it will take a long time. I emailed them back and said NO THANK YOU. You can just send me my $200 back. What the heck am l going to do with a bright gold wig? And understand, l used to work for the post office, the SAME time the mail took to get it to me, the delivery process will work the SAME way when l send that joker back. Now that l mention JOKER thats probably who l would’ve been looking like if l had wore that wig.. the dang joker from Batman. Long story short they have failed to email me back as of today! I called my credit card company to get my money back. If l don’t hear from them in the next 14 days the wig will be at Goodwill in the bin marked HALLOWEEN section!

Buyer BEWARE!!! Extremely disappointed with the product quality and customer support! I purchased a wig on 9/3/24. I was extremely disappointed! After several communications, they didn’t provide ANY solution, although the website clearly notes that they accept returns. I attempted to return the wig the next day because it was just that horrible. The only time they respond is if you are purchasing and have a question. They do not honor their return policy and they do this by way of not responding to you at all. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I REPEAT PLEASEDO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great selection of wigs. Easy order. Fast delivery of ordered item.

Ease of use and ordering. Hoping for the best based on the past negative results. More to come.
