I left 1 star because the review would not allow me to go forward without selecting. THERE IS NO LIVE REPRESENTATION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, that's one thing of concern. They are VERY ARGUMENTATIVE IN THE CHAT as how you should handle cutting the wigs to your specification. The WIG HAD TOO MUCH HAIR and trimming it was not an option. The pattern the wig was sewn in was off and would not have achieved the style from a trim. That was a total waste of $159.00 that cannot be recovered because they don't want to admit that there is a problem with the wig...........NEVER USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!! Ordered it to wear to a wedding and oh well, that was a catastrophe.

I received a wig from idefinewig with "LIVE BUGS" and it looks like "LICE". I presented pictures. and they refused to send a "PREPAID return label. They offered me a discount but I refused it... I just want to send back their bug infected wig but they expect me to pay the return postage... NEVER will I order another wig with them!!....A serious lesson learned!

I have not ordered a wig yet, but after looking at these reviews, I am definitely having second thoughts. I see a lot of 5 stars when it comes to the order process, Well most companies are pretty good about taking your money. What scares me is the fact that some of the wigs are not what was ordered., and people are having issues with the return and/or refund process. I am on a fixed income. So I can not afford to make purchases that are a possible hit or miss. Which means you might get the right product or you might not. This is definitely a purchase for people whom have some sort of throw away income. Good Luck!! I will not be making a purchase with IDEFINE.

I like the easy purchase process. Can not say anything yet about the wig. Just made the order.

Overall I love the styles of the wigs. I don’t buy wigs but was intrigued with the styles of these 2. My only concern is, when will they get here. My birthday is Saturday and I need them before then. I did see fedex delivers so maybe that is a plus. My overall experience was amazing

I’ve tried many wig companies and makers and I always come back to. I define wigs. I have a small size head and nothing seems to fit me right out the package But this brand. I can save the wigs last almost forever
