Don't honor return policies
Terrible customer service! Don't honor return policy Spent close to $200 on a wig and when I asked to return it due to a horrible smell, they told me to just wash it and let it air dry for a few days. WHAT? Also the unit I ordered LOOKED NOTHING like the photo in both style and color. The icing on the cake is that I am a loyal customer w more than 3 other satisfied purchases and positive reviews YET THEY STILL WONT REFUND MY $$$. I even offered to PAY RETURN SHIPPING. NOPE. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. Do NOT RECOMMEND. Never buying from them again.

I’m vary happy with the wigs this is my third wig from this company and I vary happy with my wigs. But what I’m not happy about is how they price the wig at one price but at checkout the price change and the discount no longer matters

Beautiful styles…
The pictures are helpful and the cap construction illustration. I am frustrated though in that I never know what color the model is actually wearing…. And there are many shades of brown. I need dark, but not black.

You will feel Divine in an Idefine wig!
The variety of wigs in different styles, colors, and availability are consistently in stock. The staged settings and models are unique to people of color. This is my third purchase from this vendor. I currently do not have any suggestions for improvement.
