You charge a lot to exchange a wig. My 1st time ordering. I won't be ordering another wig from you. Bad customer service 😑.

The wigs I ordered were not the wigs I…
The wigs I ordered were not the wigs I received. They tried to get me to keep the horrible wigs but I insisted on returning them to China and it did not matter the cost. I want a complete refund of $228.74. This company is a ripoff. Do not order from them, I repeat do not order from I define. The positive reviews you are reading have been purchased or the reviewers are first time wig purchasers. Why can't I post pictures because the pictures of the product they promise are not a reflection of the wigs I purchased and I have proof. I want the whole world to see these photos. Don't be fooled like me.

I was very disappointed with my wig…
I was very disappointed with my wig order! It was a total waste of money! The color combination looked nothing like the photo. Very different! I really thought they sent me the wrong wig! I will never order from them again unless it is free!

I have had a really good experience…
I have had a really good experience with this company. Their response to my questions have been timely. I have again orderd another piece and am hoping that the style is right for me. Either way I will keep the piece to change it up a bit.
