I deeply regret entering into a business relationship with IdeaPros. Based on my experience, I would advise others to proceed with extreme caution. I paid a substantial amount of money for product development services, including market research, intellectual property guidance, and design. I expected support in developing my idea, something I clearly communicated from the beginning with renderings of the design concept.    Instead, I received a generic product that did not include the core features I had proposed. No functional integration of a product was ever developed. The guidance I received was minimal, and the process felt more like a series of delays and diversions than actual progress toward a marketable product. Emphasis was placed on other design features and a trademark for a product that was never properly developed. Ultimately, even the trademark was abandoned without my knowledge, leaving me with nothing tangible or useful. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, including having my attorney reach out with a detailed demand, the company denied responsibility and refused to issue a refund. I feel misled, disappointed, and out a significant sum of money. This review reflects my personal experience and opinion based on what I was promised versus what was actually delivered.

Fred Cary is a total crook. We gave him 70k for a 8-13 month program. After 4 years he had not done anything. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY MONEY

Before IdeaPros, I tried other companies to help with my invention and it was just a waste of money, I tried to do this myself with poor results. Then, I met Fred and his team through IdeaPros. The experience has been amazing, the team was able to deliver projects, tools, and connections I needed to make my prototype better and get to the point of launching my product as I always dreamed of. It was work on my side as well, of course, because it is my company. I learned from Fred how to handle the ups and downs of running a business as he worked so hard to get us the resources we need to get our business to move forward, and honestly, I would not be where I am today if I had not met Fred and his team. I can easily reach them if I need to and I keep striving, as Fred taught me, to make my company better. If you know Fred, you know that he wants to make a difference in people's lives, he wants to be that person that had a hand on helping other's dreams come true, he is willing to share his wisdom in entrepreneurship at no extra cost, this is legit, and it is truly a great experience with such great people. Services were non-conforming. Very little good faith action if any was taken to render conforming Services. I was unprofessionally called out by the CEO Fred Cary who told me "personally" to take him to Arbitration when I confronted him with the non-conforming deliverables that I received. Rather then the CEO making any effort at rendering any attempt to rectify performance on Services as contractually required, he instead opted for Arbitration immediately. You don't want to go into business with someone unprofessional who feels no legal obligation to perform fungible services that are bound lawfully by contract.
