This experience was amazing from the beginning to the end, I had a small issue with one of my orders. They fixed it immediately and made sure they got the correct prints out to me. I have sent this first order made for different orders. The colors are vibrant, the sizes are good. I did order from another company in between these prints. I will never do that again. I just didn’t like the coloring, the sizing wasn’t correct. However, I love everything about this company. I will continue to get my prints here.

When you shipped out last 3 orders, they were stuffed in the box making 35% of my transferes unusable. Please have better packing quality
Response from IdeaMAXOct 9, 2026
We’re very sorry that your last three orders were poorly packed, resulting in many of your transfers becoming unusable. This is not the quality we aim to provide. We will contact you directly and arrange free replacements for the damaged transfers. We have also shared your feedback with our packing team to prevent this from happening again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
