I receive my child’s uniform sweater and it didn’t have the login on it ! At was in the package but not on it ! So now I have to try to put it on myself

I called the store because I needed further clarification re size chart for lab coats, they couldn’t help me. How could you run a store and not have knowledge of products. They told me I had to come to store even after I told them measurements!!!

We will cover any additional shipping costs associated, and the remaining items will be sent as soon as they are received. I’ve never ordered online and have always gone to the store in Brooklyn to purchase but due to covid19 I chose to order online. I received all the items I ordered in a timely manner. The only problem was the school uniform pants I ordered aren’t the formal school uniform ones used by the students but it appeared as they were on the website and so i ordered them. I’ll have to Return and/or exchange for the right ones.Otherwise the order was correct and all the items had the emblem of the school as pictured online. I ordered overall 20 items ranging from skirts, shirts long and short, sweatpants, tee shirts and uniform pants. The quality and care of these items shipped were great. I would give 5 stars however because of the confusion of the uniform pants shown on the website, I’ll give 4 stars.
