I have been technically handicapped the whole time that technology has moved forward. Maeve Wiley my case manager has been the best tax manager I've ever dealt with. She's so patient and understanding about my ability to get things done with my taxes. I really feel I've been blessed with her being my tax manager. She helped me through a lot of things I new nothing about and she took the time to make sure I understood what was happening. Thanks for your whole staff and the support your company has given me throughout the whole process of back taxes and current taxes. In my opinion Ideal Tax is a blessing to people that need help with taxes and the strength to get caught up with their taxes.
