I have had the best experience with Reece,Sam, Danica and the rest of staff whom have been involved in my case. Everyone is very friendly! No matter the questions or the occasional issues with payment everyone has been amazing and helped me to get the answers I need to get this all taken care of. Reece and Sam in the billing dept are awesome and always available if i have questions or need anything. They reach out very quickly to get things in order. I would highly recommend ideal tax for anyone who is struggling with the irs.
