Great product poor operational competence
Confused by poor website I called for help. Very nice gentleman helped. Company called back several days later to confirm my order. When received the order was not complete. I was told that I obviously didn't order what I needed. They would gladly sell me the rest and charge for redundant shipping. The products here are great, but the operations of the company leave a lot to be desired.
