The Dealership I bought my Mercedes Benz CLK350 from was asking for way too much money, so I searched online for the best extended warranty and found ideal. They gave me a great quote, less than half of what the Dealership was asking for. I'm happy I found them.

Usually you buy these protection plans, hoping nothing will ever go wrong. Boy was i wrong! I have a 2010 Ford Expedition and last week my check engine light turned on. i called my rep, Scott, and he directed me to the local Ford Dealership to get an estimate. The shop found the vehicle needed a new engine. Within 72 hours i felt like i was driving a brand new car. Thank you again iDeal, and Scott!!

Last week my water pump was leaking. I immediately called the customer service department at ideal auto protect and Shaun directed me to a local BMW repair shop. They handled the claim directly with the repair shop and i just had to pay my deductible of $50. After the repair was paid for, Shaun called me to follow up let me know i can pick up my car. Good work ideal!

If it was possible to give a company 10 stars I would give them to Ideal Auto. They were totally honest & upfront about the coverages and the process unlike several other companies I had checked out previously. I would feel very comfortable in referring my family and friends to them.

I had spoken with a manager named Scott today! I wasn’t sure if I was going to extend my warranty or not! He made me feel that we were important to ideal and and offered us more than we could have ever imagined! I never have to have a worry of having to pay expensive costs for repair bills. He was very nice and well spoken and answered many questions I had! I have now been working with them for a few years I will continue to recommend you all to everyone! I rate you with 5 stars!
