called this place up for an extended warranty for my car. I was quoted more than half off the dealer's price, that is crazy! and you can't beat the 27/7 phone service, I called them at 11:30 pm last night and some one picked up right away and answered my questions. probably the most friendly extended warranty company to deal with over all. the customer service was awesome they are patient unlike a lot company and answers all my questions very clearly not hiding anything, that's rare now a days. all the fine print was explained, worked with me on price and even tossed in a few extra goodies. 1. you can't beat the price for the coverage 2. the friendlyness of the staff (big one) 3. always there to solve your problem or just to answer questions. 4. super easy to set up a plan to me personally 5. the willingness to work with customer on price 6. really makes the customer happy and not stressed over things you get a lot places that just try to get your hard earned money and provide no service to you BUT not this place! an easy repair on my car can be 5k to 9k out of pocket with ideal auto protect they just take that unwanted stress out of your life. their coverage covers stuff I didn't even know can be covered on the car. the attention to detail is just unbeatable.

Thank you iDeal, specially James and Scott. After my wife chose the car she wanted for our family we began looking for a warranty that fit our total budget. I did some research I found iDeal Auto. I couldn't find a bad review anywhere! Everyone else had so many of the same bad reviews. Don't pay dealers, deny claims etc. The Mercedes GL450 with 67000 miles was her choice and the dealer wanted 4500$ for a four year plan. I explained to Scott that the dealer was asking way too much and we couldn't afford the total cost. He spent almost 40 minutes explaining their Elite+ policy, all it covers, and even proved to me that the dealer warranty wasn't actually theirs! Dealers only resell vehicle service contracts for a major profit. So after a countless effort he was able to get us a rate of almost half the price $2350, but we had to purchase the coverage before we picked up the car so it shows as one less owner on the title. I was leary at first but afterall they clearly offered a 100% money back guarantee if our purchase for the vehicle didn't go through. So I didn't mind making the deal on my Amex. card. The agreement allowed us to use the coverage after 30 days and of course the coolant temp. sensor and another smaller item malfunctioned 8 months later. $1780 for parts and labor! We called Scott and he coordinated the whole process personally. The claims dept. gave approval immediately and included the loaner car as well. Two days later the car was repaired and they paid the dealer in full since our plan included a zero deductible. So cheers to you iDeal. You've made my life so much easier and I recommend them 100%!!

A friend referred me to this company. I am happy i was able to find someone who would cover my Bentley. This is the best pricing and coverage i have seen. I hope to never need the service but i am glad to finally find someone to provide me with this level of coverage!

Honestly I never take the time to do these reviews and when I do, it’s usually to complain. But to put it frankly, Ideal saved my butt. I had this warranty for a while but never used it. But over July 4th my AC stopped working. Ideal instructed me to bring the car to my bmw dealer where they helped setup the entire claim and get my car out of the shop within a few days. I’m definitely going to stick with these guys and recommend them to anyone - especially the skeptics out there

I recently had my first claim with this company. I waited on hold as they seemed quite busy but after about 3-4 minutes a claims representative picked up and was able to explain the process from start to finish. They worked with the dealer to find out my air suspension had problems. I had to pay a small deductible and ideal paid the rest of the claim. While my car was in the shop ideal did help me with my rental as they promised. I wish I didn’t have this problem but I am glad I went with ideal. This company is highly recommended.
