Shawn Michaels was really helpful and cooperative and he was instrumental in changing my mind to keep my policy with Ideal Auto Protect. I am happy that I decided to stick with Ideal Auto protect for my warranty and be part of the family thanks to Shawn for that.

Shaun Michaels ROCKED IT. In my initial inquiry call, he made sure I understood the couple of important things that made iDeal stand apart from its competition and I quickly realized I’d found the best warranty available (and trust me, I’d been doing my homework). Shaun addressed all of my follow up questions as well. I didn’t like all of his answers but he explained very clearly why the answer couldn’t be any different. I really appreciated his clarity and candor. Very pleased with my contract.
