The cleats are a little tight and I was directed to a video that supposedly discussed this issue but the video doesn’t exist. Still wondering if these cleats are going to stretch or will they always be a little too tight?
Response from IDAJan 13, 2023
Sorry to hear that the cleats are a little tight. We do find that the cleats will stretch a little, especially the leather cleats like the Classica 22s that you have. If they are still too tight after a few wears, please let us know at [email protected] (Also could you email us the broken link to the video you were sent? We will check this out!)

Easy online order experience. Shoes fit great! Like so amazing. No more black toenails from cramming my feet into shoes that don't fit... Customer service was amazing. I had an issue with my order and Wi-Vern was quick to reply and so helpful.

I had a very good experience. I did not give you five stars because it took three or four days for someone to respond to me about a return I needed to do. Otherwise, the experience was very solid and my daughter loves the cleats.

Hey John, thanks for the review and feedback! That wait time is definitely unacceptable, we will definitely work on our response time. Glad your daughter loves the cleats! 🥰

This was my second time contacting Ida Sports regarding damage to my boots after less than 6 months of use. They are always very apologetic and swift to offer me a replacement pair. I have gone through 2 pairs of the classic style, with the front of the boot coming away from the stud base. Its unfortunate, because they're so comfortable. But grass and dirt building up under my toe isn't the best! It may have been from the overly wet season we had here.. I have received a new pair of synthetic boots, free of charge, and I'm looking forward to the next season wearing them! Also a shout out to Wi-Vern who was my contact, wonderful service and I can't thank you enough!

Thanks for sticking with us for so long! We hope the new boots will treat you better in the upcoming season!
