I used ID90 and received a booking confirmation that our unit would be 2004 square feet. The unit was only 1000 square feet. ID90 claims it was an error of the property. It was clear that ID90 was at fault but they refused to admit their error. Very frustrating and disappointing to have problems traveling internationally and ID90 being unwilling to accept responsibility or accommodate their misrepresentations.

I booked a higher end cruise thru id90 in January for a cruise leaving later this month. They have since been very unresponsive to all my emails, and have been no help with request for a paid upgrade, price adjustment or perks other travel agencies seem to be able to offer their customers. I’ve used them many, many times in the past, but will never use them again, as I spent a lot of money on this cruise and then was totally ignored once I was paid in full.
