I had a small hiccup online with the application process. I must say support, Krunal in particular, rendered patience and expertise that enabled me to complete the process successfully. Good experience and great to have it approved so quickly with the options for loan terms well laid out. I had a couple of issues. One was getting the pictures of my ID processed (took me a couple of tries to make it happen). And had a problem using the bank login to connect to it so I had to manually add my account which was simple enough by just having the routing number and account number of my bank.
