You shouldn’t have to download the app in order to check any information on it. That’s an automatic red flag. I wanted to look into it but if you’re forced to download an app JUST to look at the info is shady.

I love that if you're someone who's never done loans before that the website/app itself teaches you on how to pay it. Plus having the option to change to auto pay or manual pay within the website/app. Great people to pay early compared to other apps that you can pay months in advance plus it can help build up good credit. However, the only thing I can complain about is the app having trouble logging in because it tended to freeze up from time to time.

i called in to customer service. I received Mr. Krunal on the line. He had such great personality and very eager to help me solve my problem with making my payment on my credit card.
