I just received my chair and it actually didn’t take long to arrive. I was very pleased in how everything was packaged so well. I love the wood tone and the leather seems very soft. I was so nervous given the chair was the cheapest replica I could find, however I was pleasantly surprised with it. I haven’t assembled or sat in it just yet. Excited to do so!

Great quality of a chair for a reasonable price - was a gift for the holidays and luckily I ordered early since it took a bit of time for the order to arrive... assuming it was some of a FedEx/COVID situation. The customer service was helpful - I emailed a few times and called when the tracking on their website did not seem to be updated. They were quick to respond and helpful when able!

Huge fan of the chair. Takes a bit to break in, but now fits like a glove. Took my WFH set up to a whole new level.. Simple to put together and great adjustment flexibility.
