Icons Of ManhattanReviews of iconsofmanhattan.com

I was suspicous when I made the purchase because the website had signs of being fake. I was wrong - I got the chair in about 2-3 weeks. What you see is what you get. Really happy with the purchase for the price. The leather is definitely not real and had a "dry" look and feel to it. I rubbed lightly some olive oil on it and now it looks great! Overall happy with the purchase. Reason I gave it four stars is the bottom pad (low padded chair) was placed on with velcro, wish it was zipped on instead.

Ordered the Wolfgang chairs but had to wait longer than the 2 weeks stated online. Cancelled order and received the full amount back in my account. I had read some reviews and became worried but the customer service was really good. I would order from them again .

Took a bit of time to get item shipped but understood due to COVID. Customer service was responsive and item arrived right on time. Looks good!

Chair is comfortable and easy to assemble. It is low to the ground so looks a bit small in our living room so be sure to verify the dimensions. Overall, the chair and ottoman are high quality, especially for the price.

Gorgeous chairs and easy assembly. We had a terrible experience with a seller on Amazon so we called IOM and spoke with them and were reassured of availability and delivery. IOM is very responsive online and via phone.

I ordered a chair for the first time from Icons of Manhattan. I was pleasantly surprised when the chair arrived much earlier than I anticipated. The instructions could have been a little clearer with a little more about care and maintenance of the chair, but they were good enough to put together what feels like a solid, functional chair. I never give 5 stars but if I could give 4.5 instead of 4 I would.

This chair is very comfortable and adds a nice touch of style to the room

Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase. Their lounge chair has 90% of the "look" of the real deal for a fraction of the price. I have already received SO many compliments on it. Shipping was slower than expected which was a little frustrating (took about 3 weeks to get to me) but customer service was responsive during that time and it seems some of the delay was related to the nationwide challenges that COVID-19 and the holidays brought to all shipping companies, including FedEx. All in all, it was worth the wait. Again, this chair is great looking and considering the price, I would highly recommend.
