Iconic Debt Relief has a promise to its customers in place to ensure that we deliver results to our customers. Each customer receives a personalized assessment and recommendation of the course of action that offers the best opportunity for consumers to achieve their financial goals. Each customer is fully informed at each step of the process. Each customer has a Program Guarantee** that Iconic Debt Relief succeeds only when our customers succeed. In addition to only charging fees when IDR delivers settlements, the Program Guarantee states that when a customer graduates or leaves the program, IDR will refund fees if their settlement and fees are more than the amount they originally owed when they enrolled in the program. We offer our debt relief program to all Americans with unsecured debts (debt that is not backed by collateral like a car or a house)—including credit card debt, personal loan debt, and medical debt—and are experiencing a legitimate financial hardship.

I spoke to Chad Chavez
I spoke to Chad Chavez, he made me feel very at ease he answered all my questions very patient with all my concerns! He explained how the program works. Working with FDR has been a Great experience! I honestly can say I made the right choice by going with Freedom Debt Relief. I recommend anyone that’s Overwhelmed with debt go to FDR!

Great Service
So far the service has been great. Mr. Chad and the other staff members have been very kind and patient with me. They always do their very best to help me understand the why behind everything that's done. I appreciate their level of dedication to help me get back on track financially.

They make everything transparent I don't have results yet but with the good help of Carla look like we're in the right paths. And I would say everyone who have credit cards problems I highly consider you pick freedom as I did.

My introduction to Iconic Debt Relief
I was contacted by phone by Mike Vega. Normally I end unsolicited calls asap but Mike had a good rapport so I listened to him. He was thorough and lisened to all my questions and proved answers and explanations. We shared a similar experience in our personal histories which made it easy to talk with him. At the end of our talk I felt I had lucked into the right organization and the rep for that organization.
