I hired RFA May 2025. I have lost count of how many representatives I’ve had since. I was told my file was turned over to an Attorney and I did receive a letter of representation. However when I ask proof from RFA as to what communication the attorney has made with Wyndham I’m told he will get it and get back to me in 2 weeks. I never got a call from David Morono my last representative. I called again and was told he was busy and he would call me back. I finally got a call back several hours later at 6:30 pm and left a message. I have no proof anything is being done to resolve my case. I’m just told by the representatives my case is open and no written proof anything is happening. I have over a million points that I have from contracts that I would like to use but they are FROZEN bc I am trying to cancel the contract I purchased in November 2024 bc I was lied to and pressured with 3 guys standing over me. I was alone and vulnerable in a thanksgiving vacation with my family I’m 72 and want to be able to use the points I have to travel as long as I’m able to I’ve lost so many vacations. Happy to say that one of ours was just terminated. We had been scammed several years ago and were very cautious about putting up money again. But they have stuck with us and after close to 2 years we are finally done with that one and they continue to work on the other one

To Whom It May Concern, I am a former employee of this organization, with my employment ending on 06/18/2025. It is my ethical obligation to report serious deceptive practices being conducted by this company, which may rise to the level of consumer fraud, false advertising, and regulatory violations. Summary of Misrepresentation: The company presents itself under multiple business names, including but not limited to: Timeshare Defense Attorney RFA Corporation RFA Cancellation Timeshare Cancellation Resource Center Timeshare Cancellation Research Center Timeshare Solution Center These entities function as shell companies. Their primary purpose is to obscure ownership, avoid liability, evade taxation, and confuse consumers. False Advertising & Consumer Deception: The company falsely represents itself as being operated by licensed attorneys or a qualified legal team. In truth, the so-called “Onboarding Specialists” are non-attorney actors trained to script conversations while avoiding legal terminology that could trigger regulatory scrutiny (e.g., they are instructed not to use words such as lawyer, attorney, counsel, legal representative, etc.). Consumers are led to believe they are receiving legitimate legal assistance in cancelling timeshare contracts. This is entirely false. The company does not engage in any bona fide legal representation or authorized legal work. The Actual Business Model: The company's true practice is to encourage clients to stop making payments to their timeshare companies and instead make payments to this company, thereby allowing timeshare accounts to default into foreclosure. Once foreclosure occurs, they subsequently offer “credit repair” services to the same clients, charging additional fees. In effect, the company profits from both the initial misrepresentation and the subsequent financial harm caused to consumers. This is a predatory, multi-stage financial extraction scheme that targets vulnerable timeshare owners. Fabrication of Reviews & Public Misrepresentation: Approximately 98% of the public reviews posted online are falsified. The company routinely incentivizes employees to write fake positive reviews to artificially inflate its reputation and drown out any legitimate complaints. I fully anticipate that after the publication of this review, the company will immediately launch efforts to generate additional fabricated reviews to conceal this information from future victims. Ownership Structure & Evasion Tactics: While Matthew and Spencer Marshall Coons (licensed since 2016) are publicly portrayed as owners or executives, the actual controlling party is an individual named Ammon, who remains intentionally hidden from public view. The continuous cycling of company names, managers, and operating entities serves the sole purpose of avoiding accountability and regulatory enforcement. Direct Evidence of Consumer Harm: During my employment, I personally received over two dozen (24+) phone calls from clients who had paid thousands of dollars to this company over the course of years, only to later receive foreclosure notices from their timeshare companies — proving that no legitimate cancellations had occurred. --- Public Warning: If you are considering doing business with this organization, I strongly advise extreme caution. Based on my direct insider experience, this operation is intentionally structured to deceive consumers, exploit legal gray areas, and inflict long-term financial harm. We paid 4500. For this company to end our time share. Three yrs have gone by and they have not done anything!!!!. Do not ever trust this company. I called the timeshare directly and was able to cancel it and have it removed off our credit report for a small fee. But hey you ask, what happened to the 4500 that was paid to RFA? Nothing!!! We are pursuing a reputable lawn firm to get our 4500 back.
