Iris went above and beyond
Iris from customer service went above and beyond to not only correct a mistake I made when ordering the wrong prescription but she exchanged them with no need to return and only a small fee. She was polite and kind and responded very quickly. 10/10 recommend this company and Iris is a prime example why I love and choose to get my lenses from ICOICE
