53$ for icoice. I request a refund… chargeback from Afterpay. I have contacted seller several times , and after pay , to no awail . The seller refund 9$ for 23 day shipping delay, that $15 expedited shipping was paid for. And quarranteed 7 to 8 business day delivery, i requested to cancel product as it exceeded the delivery time , and contacts were no long needed, upon arrival the product its was not what was advertised, the contacts didn’t match

I ordered from this company over a month, thank god only ordered on pair I was going to order multiple. They keep sending my what seems like a fake shipping link telling me the package is in transit be there in a week, now there claiming my first package got lost and they are sending a new one. The new one has been sitting in shipping for over a week. All in all it’s over a month still no contact and no help. Unfortunately I need these to see. Do NOT DO IT!

I have super sensitive eyes, and wearing contact lenses has never been easy for me, but these lenses are honestly so comfortable! It doesn’t even feel like I’m wearing anything. They’re really soft, and I can wear them for hours without any irritation. The quality is amazing, and the shade is absolutely mind-blowing. It looks so pretty on my medium to deep, dusky skin tone. I’d definitely recommend giving these a try!

I received my contacts yesterday. I wore them to work today and received so many compliments!!! They’re very comfortable, so I was able to wear them 12+ hours. Shipping was fast. I will be ordering more.

Finally received my contacts...almost 4 months later. Contacts were lost in the mail. Company refused to send a replacement for them and kept making excuses and would not give me a refund. I then wrote a bad review and they said they would send me the contacts that I had already paid for if I paid for them again...I said absolutely not, they should offer me a replacement or a refund. They then told me they would replace the contacts if I took down the bad review...I did not take down the review. I filed a missing mail with the post office and they finally found the missing contacts. The contacts themselves are okay. Someone told me that they make me look stoned lol. Not worth the headache or the money.

If I could give zero stars for customer service I would. The company sent me a RX contact for -4.75. I received it and it had no RX to it. Contacted customer service and it has literally been an act of congress. I feel like I’ve talked to 10 different people. I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times to straighten out the dilemma. I’ve been going back and fourth for about a week now. First they wanted to send a replacement for $15 shipping. Then $10 shipping then 65% off. Nothing makes sense honestly. They do not respond in a timely manner. And will ask you multiple times what “the problem” is. It’s ridiculous. I never write reviews on anything but I’m literally over it.

I purchased from you for the first time, but unfortunately, the quality is very poor. The lenses are too thick, and I don’t have good vision with them. They make it difficult to see properly, and I constantly feel like there is a foreign object in my eye. I couldn't even tolerate them for an hour and had to throw them in the trash. The quality is extremely poor, and I just wasted my money. I absolutely do not recommend buying them—you will only waste your money. I am extremely, extremely dissatisfied.

They will not deliver and they keep your order. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company. Absolutely worst company. Never got my order. Customer Service kept arguing with me and would not give me a refund. They want a new address. I have had the same address for 10 years. Scam. 1. I researched the company to verify it was a valid. 2. Their website promised that they deliver to the USA. 3. I placed an order. 4. I got an alert that the order delivery was attempted but no one was home (this was false). 5. I got an alert that my order was returned to a warehouse in January 2025. 6. The company contacted me to ask for a new address. I have had the same address for 10 years. I refused. 7. The company checked my address and said that they do not deliver. They begged for a new address. I refused. I only have one address. 8. I asked for a refund. The company refused. 9. I reached out to my credit card company to start a dispute. 10. The company is now arguing with me asking me to cancel the dispute. 11. I filed a report with reportfraud.ftc.gov with the details as the company has a NY address. 12. I reported the company as a spammer to my email provider as they keep emailing me going in circles. Oh my goodness, I was about to file a complaint with the Albany, NY BBB and I found this company has a rating of F. Darn, I should have looked before buying.
