This service is awful as their answers are unrelated to the questions asked. It appears any message sent is recieved and answered by a computer. As a person replying would have a sense to read the question and reply accordingly.

I signed up for icliniq in March 2022, uploaded medical information with my query & never received a response. I emailed them to ask that they delete my medical information & still no response. I truly do not understand. I don't recommend icliniq for medical concerns.

Doctor Aida did not show. This is the second time. The first time doctor was late. I am not sure whether the issue is from the doctor herself or icliniq management.

They are terrible , please don’t go with there service.. I payed for a slot upfront for a in call consultation with dr mehta, the call never came nor they refunded my amount .. They take two days to reply to my mails , only and is the sorry doc is unavailable.. they have not refunded my paid amount

Asked about the viability of hormone treatment for periods that have always been irregular and facial and body hair growth, and spent nearly an hour transcribing test results and medical history for the GP to review. The doctors response was: Hormones can have side effects, get more exercise. That's it. Unhelpful, lazy, and dismissive. He very obviously didn't care to read any of the background information whatsoever, or he'd have noticed I work as a cleaner 8 hours a day and 5 - 6 days a week. Not only have I been previously advised by numerous doctors that over-exercising will sometimes cause irregular and missed periods, but after being on my feet 48 hours a week, it's bloody absurd to tell me I obviously just need to get off my ass and get moving more. I've been trying to manage this issue for over 10 years, and have always had an active lifestyle, now even moreso. Is it not a no brainer that I've tried adjusting diet and exercise? And is it not a real absolute no brainer that with this sort of job and hours, there's not much more exercise a person can do??? This is my trial of the service, and I can assure them I certainly won't be paying for it or using it again.

Very dissatisfied. Honestly, I was very happy when it said free consultation for 1 time, it would be highly appreciated if you actually consult in that one time offer than making up excuses to consult again which charges money.
