Overall my experience has been good
Overall my experience has been good to great. Just like in the non-virtual world, experiences with varying physicians can be mixed. I did have two stellar encounters on Icliniq! The app is not very reliable, I use the website. I do love the option of being able to ask a qualified physician their opinion. Unlike other similar services, you always get a physician on icliniq and they are always quite knowledgeable.

Selected doctors need to respond promptly
During the recent consultation (1.3.2022), the selected doctor did not respond. iCliniq informed on 3.3.2022 that "...is currently unavailable to answer your query". So the query was moved to another doctor and then I got the response. Sometimes, waiting for 2 days is not advisable.
