Never again! What a waste!
Never again. Total waste of time and money. The doctor assigned to my query knew NOTHING about my condition and pretty much just copied the first answer you find when you Google it. And, that's not even a right answer! There should be a way to close the query and request a new doctor if the one you are assigned is unsatisfactory. Now I'm out my time, my money AND I still don't have an answer to my query, so completely pointless and an absolute scam. Don't waste your money. They're probably not even real doctors. Your "solution" was to stick me with another doctor who knew even less. And, you ignored all my emails. No refund, no solution, nothing offered to make this right. TOTAL SCAM!!
