It is difficult to adjudge the overall system with only one interaction having taken place and efficacy of the prescribed medicines yet to be established. Ideal will be to have follow up after a month or so. I can not, for example, state right now how effective recommended medicines are. I at best can speak about the website design and doctor's communication, nothing else. And this misses the main point, the very reason a patient approaches you - to get a relief. Sorry for being little harsh.

The doctor thought I had IBS, but it turned out I’m actually pregnant.

The questions were answered to the extent of you wanting to ask more but to do that you pay more. As its a business understandable. For me as a client/patient not very pleasant. A query that could have been answered fully in one two questions took four.

my medical condition is very rare but the doctor just given meds for migraine so i am not fully satisfied with his answer so i given an average review.

The response of the doctor is good. The response of the support is good. When trouble or satisfaction is not up to the expectation, there is no mechanism found. That is to be improved as per my concern.

iCliniq is good to get an opinion .but if you want to ask any further doubt you have to pay again.If I pay for a doctor in my city I can use it for one month. I think the Govt is planning free consultation that would be better.
