Worst experience...the emergency for second opinion was too much delayed after the payment...then the msg came as doctor is unavailable,so they wanted to suggest a doctor...if we were not interested ,it's their prime responsibility to refund the money,I'm struggling till now to get back my money ,but of no use, almost 20 days were wasted...this covid has paved way of scamming in the name of medical services... so don't trust this app

Just a bullsh*t scam

It wasn’t a good experience. Firstly, they said the first query was free and as soon as I asked the question I was asked to pay.LOL. I even tried to pay but it never went through. It’s probably God trying to save me from wasting my money and they have a lot of bad reviews. I think I’ll just delete the app and look for a better platform.

I have paid amount for video consultation no one followed up, they have no customer care number to follow up, waste of money and time, please do not pay money blindly

Very very bad experiences from iclinic no medicines were recommended from any doctor after payment.......again and again telling for money ......doctor are also not help full .....app is also so critical for operate

Some doctors don't reply waste of time and money

Horrible! I paid the amount and for that I could continue the chat for 50 hours. First of all, in a situation we all are in, it’s difficult to go to a doctor and whatever happens is scary so we are more panicked. I shared my report to a doctor after which she tells me what it meant. Okay! After this I ask her some questions about the same report just to be sure and then she tells me another thing which contradicts what she said earlier. I still kept my calm and thought I’d reframe it. Now she’s confused as to what she has to tell so she ends up being rude, unreasonable and irrelevant. A total waste of time and money!

They are cheaters!!! I paid for consultation and the doctor asked me a stupid question and to reply again I have to pay!!!! This is new method of fraud!
