This is such a scam!
So I paid 20, even though someone said first query is free. I sent MRI, and 2xRTG for radiology consult. Response was:
"Take this two pills and consult me again in 5 days". And I am supposed to pay a response additional 10. I want some kind diagnosis before popping pills. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS. It would be better if I trew money out of window, as someone would find it and it would serve more purpose.

Trust the bad reviews - Waste of Time
If I could give minus 100 I would.
They do not help. Got a free query before I decide to purchase. But the answer had nothing to do with my issue. Instead re-directing to whatsapp with a number from India that doesn't even work. Leaves incomplete answers so you would have to purchase to used.
Stay away

Prescription NOT serviceable
They can diagnose and 'list' medication but you can't get the medicine at your US pharmacy. So you can know what's wrong with you but you can't get well LOL with this service. If they want better reviews they need to be upfront about it.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!
I was fooled! SHAME on YOU!!!
In an online world, everything is not as it seems. I should have checked before expecting real medical advice. I looked deeper, and found that this is a scam. I reported them to PayPal, the information you give is not going to the REAL pay pal, and I reported them to my credit card, and stopped payment. DO NOT use this site for any Medical advice, actually for anything!
If you need further proof, besides many other bad reviews, please read this article about one of the doctors: from associated press/morning call... (This is not the man I dealt with, but found during my investigation, and have a screen shot of his bio)I also found reviews from actual Doctors that claim this is a bad idea. This article is from March 2017, and this quack is still listed on their website.. ( again, I reiterate, as of today he is still listed)
GREENVILLE, N.C. — A former Lehigh Valley physician and his son are in jail after the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation raided their home as well as the doctor's office.
Agents served warrants at the home of 59-year-old Dr. Clinton Leinweber Jr., who's charged with three counts of trafficking opium or heroin, according to a statement Friday from the SBI. The agency said the charges resulted from fraudulent prescriptions that he prescribed.
***** Iclinq responded to this review, (see below) calling it malicious. I dug into this site deeper.. The Dr that answered my question, Dr. KKS ( the name is what set off my suspicions) I looked up. I could not find him anywhere, other than this sight. In addition, the misspellings in his Bio ( and others) would not happen on a legit site. I also could not find Niranjan Hospital, where he associates himself.
In response to the 2nd opinion, on the site it refers to the 2nd opinion as “new”, so that’s not all they do. Reading the reviews I see people waiting for medication that they never get, no replies and some responses that are NOT second opinions” ...”
So Buyer Beware, stick to verifiable medical institutions, like a well known hospital. They offer video/phone consults.

Hi,
The query you have posted on the site has been answered by a qualified doctor. We see that you have given a positive feedback for the doctor's answer on the platform and also posted a follow-up. For privacy and security reasons we will not reveal the name of the doctor.
Dr.Clinton Leinweber has not only been listed on our platform but on other platforms as well. Apart from this your query was not assigned to Dr.Clinton Leinweber.
Your review seems to imply that we had advertised to be able to provide a prescription. You seem to have misunderstood. We are only a medical second opinion platform, what we provide on the site is only a second opinion.
There seems to be malicious intentions behind the review you have posted.
Reply update:
Thanks, Traci, for taking the time and replying to our mail.
iCliniq is a reputed global medical second opinion site with 3600 doctors on board. All doctors go through a strict verification process before onboarding into iCliniq to ensure we provide high-quality healthcare with properly licensed physicians.
Your consultation history on our site is as follows. You have posted a paid query on our site, answered by Dr. KKS (Dr. Kamal Kant Sahu is an Indian-based Physician practicing in the United States). Dr. KKS responded well to your query and received positive feedback from you as well. The feedback is as follows "I was instantly relieved. I was becoming extremely nervous about lab results, but the quick response eased my fears. Thoroughly pleased, and extremely grateful!" with a rating of 5/5. In the follow-up (free), you mentioned that you couldn't attach the lab reports. Hence, Dr suggested requesting iCliniq Customer Support about the difficulty you are facing to upload the document. As you couldn't post your lab reports in the follow-up, Dr was generous to give another free follow-up to you. But, you haven't turned up.
Unfortunately, you have reached out to a third party website to provide negative feedback instead of reaching out to our iCliniq customer support (we completely agree that it is a personal opinion to give feedback). As per the analysis done by us, the allegations raised by you are not appropriate.

I would give zero if I could
I would give zero if I could. Asked me questions I already previously answered. Spelling was atrocious. And that's not even all. Overall did not come across as a professional at all. Do not use, waste of time. I am convinced that all the positive reviews are either bots or paid reviews.

Waste of money
Waste of money! I asked a question (being scared) to an "expert" and was given a very cold, un-empathic and not understandable answer from either a bot or someone whose English does really not qualify her to be in this position. I was suggested different foods which seem ridiculous cause they're all Indian foods that are not accessible and that I have absolutely no knowledge of. I uploaded simple screen shots as documentation of blood work but they were apparently unreadable and adding more would cost extra. In the end this made me feel worse and I'd rather have spent the money on coffee and a muffin :(

Totally disappointed
I booked an appointment for few blood tests, I even made the payment for those tests. But there was no response at all from the team no one came to collect the blood sample and when I enquired, I was told that the order was not confirmed from their lab partners. I don't know why you guys dint follow up with your lab partners regarding the order and also dint even have the courtesy to intimate us prior to the appointment date. I am pregnant and these tests were mandatory for my next doctor appointment. I am such an idiot to blindly trust you guys and rely on this booking. I was even on my fasting thinking someone would come and collect the blood sample. Very disappointed with your service. Please have some manners to fulfill the order if it is placed else don't even take orders.
One more main thing is that I dint receive my money back yet. Please do return my money.

100% SCAM
First, I wonder who gave them a 5-star review for their services. I bet it’s just to balance the bad reviews they have been getting because clearly, this is a money-making website taking advantage of patients in need.
I was charged $61 for 3 responses! It says I only have to pay $11 for an immediate response from a doctor. It didn’t say that you have to pay $21 FOR EACH RESPONSE. The advertisement says $11 for first 50 hours of conversation. Consultation lasted for 20mins. First $21 was the advice to drink paracetamol. Second $21, I was informed no online prescription can be given, Third $21 was the last response from the Indian doctor saying “Thank you” — and I got charged $21 for that?! If I had known, I definitely wouldn’t even bother checking out this website. Total scam! Plus, the response is a no-brainer. Something everyone already know like drinking paracetamol when in pain. LOL. That was the $61 advice folks. If there’s a way to screenshot the responses, I would.
